NEW DELHI: Delhi Police arrested a cab driving force after a 22-year-old scholar accused him of masturbating within the cab whilst she used to be a passenger. The accused used to be recognized as Lom Shankar, elderly 48.The incident happened on Monday in North Delhi’s Maurice Nagar space.
