He hade represented the Kishangarh Meeting constituency as a Congress MLA from 1993 to 1998.Dhankhar had previous won the pension as a former legislator till July 2019, which used to be discontinued till he used to be appointed the governor of West Bengal.Together with his tenure as vice-president finishing following his resignation mentioning “well being problems” on July 21, Dhankhar has implemented anew to the Rajasthan Meeting secretariat in the hunt for resumption of his pension as a former MLA, officers stated.
