JAMMU: A biker died after his throat used to be allegedly slit through the banned Chinese language manjha at the Jammu-Akhnoor flyover.Sahil Kumar, 36, used to be driving his two-wheeler at the flyover Saturday when the thread allegedly were given entangled round his neck, slitting his throat, police stated.
